Update my password

Changing your password is a very simple and secure process that you can do yourself. Follow these steps to change it:

1) I forgot my password:

৹ Click on "I Forgot My Password" on the homepage of our website.

৹ Enter the email address linked to your SpinWiz account and confirm.

৹ After the confirmation message, an email will be sent to reset your password.

৹ All you need to do now is choose your new password.

🚨 Your new password must contain at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.

2) From your SpinWiz account:

৹ To change your password, click on the "Profile" tab and go to the "Password" section.

৹ Select "Change Password."

৹ Click on "Send Email."

৹ After the confirmation message, an email will be sent to reset your password.

৹ All you need to do now is choose your new password.
