My documents were rejected
If your documents were rejected, it means that the submission conditions were not met or that the wrong document was sent to us.
🚨 When we review your documents, we will send an email providing all the details regarding this verification.
Please don't hesitate to consult this email for more information about the rejection of your documents.
1) Requirements:
৹ Ensure that all four edges of the documents are visible.
৹ Your documents must be in colors.
৹ We do not accept duplicates.
৹ Make sure that the documents are legible and of good quality.
৹ Check that the document you wish to upload is the one requested.
৹ All documents must be valid.
৹ Ensure that your full name appears on each document.
৹ Verify that the submitted documents are accepted (you will find the details in our article "Document Submission").
2) Submit your documents:
৹ Upload your compatible documents in the "Profile" icon, under the "My Documents" section.
৹ After review, an email will be sent to you to track the progress of your SpinWiz account verification.
