Document submission 🪪
Verifying your SpinWiz account is an important step that requires the submission of certain documents.
Here’s more information:
1) Why do I need to submit my documents?
৹ For security reasons and in accordance with the law, we have certain requirements to fulfill.
৹ To validate your withdrawals, we will need to verify your identity.
৹ To update your account if the documents expire.
৹ If our financial department requests additional documents for security reasons.
2) Accepted Documents:
৹ One valid form of identification (of your choice):
- National identity card (front and back)
- Driver's license (front and back)
- Passport (including the signature page)
- Residence permit (valid for more than 10 years)
৹ Proof of address issued within the last 3 months showing your name, address, and date (of your choice):
- Utility bill (electricity, water, telephone, internet, or gas)
- Tax notice for the current year
- Bank statement (except online banks)
৹ If you don’t have any documents in your name to prove your address, please provide:
- A copy (front and back) of your host’s identification document.
- A handwritten letter certifying that you live with this person (signed and dated, mentioning the host's date of birth and the indicated postal address).
- Proof from your host.
3) Where should I send my documents?
- Go to the “Profile” section of your player account.
- Click on “My Documents.”
- Upload your documents to the designated spaces.
- The document size must not exceed 2,048 KB (2 MB).
- The minimum document dimensions must be 255 x 175 PX.
🚨 Before sending your documents, make sure they are legible, in colors, and that all four edges are visible.
4) Response to your request:
৹ After your documents have been uploaded, all you need to do is wait for us to contact you.
৹ You can check the status of your documents in the same section, "My Documents."
৹ Once reviewed, you will receive an email to update you on the progress of your SpinWiz account verification.
