Cancel Withdrawal

You can only cancel your withdrawal if it has not yet been approved by the financial department.

• Go to the "Home" section of your SpinWiz account.
• Click on "My Wallet" and then on "Withdrawals."
• You will find the list of your withdrawal requests.
• To cancel, simply select the "Cancel" option available next to each withdrawal.

🚨 Important: If your withdrawal has already been approved by our specialized service, cancellation will not be possible.
