Clear your cache and delete your cookies by following these steps:

• Click on the three small vertical dots in the upper right corner of your Google Chrome page.
• Click on "History" and then on "History" again.
• A page will open.
• Click on "Clear browsing data" in the upper left corner.
• A window will open.
• In the "Time range" tab, select "All time."
• Check all three boxes (browsing history, cookies, cached images and files).
• Then click on "Clear data."
• Refresh the SpinWiz page by clicking the curved arrow to the left of the website's URL.
